[01]The challenge
Ayurvedic wellness brands often sell through marketplaces and WhatsApp messages. That means thin margins, no customer data and no easy way to bring a buyer back for a refill.
The brief: a store of their own that feels trustworthy on a phone, takes UPI the way Indian buyers expect, and can be updated by the shop team rather than a developer.
[02]Our approach
- 01
We designed for a phone on a patchy 4G connection first: compressed images, a short path from home page to checkout and buttons sized for thumbs.
- 02
WooCommerce runs the catalog and orders, Razorpay handles UPI, cards and netbanking, and Elementor templates let the team change banners, offers and product pages themselves.
[03]The solution
A WordPress and WooCommerce store with product categories, bundles, customer accounts and order history, and a one-page checkout with Razorpay for UPI, cards and netbanking.
Product pages lead with ingredients, usage and certifications, and returning customers can reorder a favorite from their account in a couple of taps.
[04]What we built
- 01Mobile-first theme built for 4G connections
- 02Razorpay checkout with UPI, cards and netbanking
- 03Product pages built around ingredients and usage
- 04Customer accounts with order history and reorder
- 05Elementor templates the shop team edits themselves
